Note: This functionality only appears if the challenge/response permissions are turned on by the Messaging Server administrator.

To change your challenge question:

1. Select Account > Challenge Question in the menu.
2. Select a new challenge question from the provided list.
3. Enter the response to this challenge question in the Answer field.
4. Select Save.
